Candidate outreach at volume, without the spam folder.

Recruitment sends more cold email per head than almost any other industry, to lists that age fast. Two things follow from that: volume per consultant mailbox climbs quickly, and bounce rates climb with it as people change jobs — which is precisely the combination that gets a domain filtered.

What goes wrong, and what handles it.

Consultant mailboxes hit provider limits quickly

Campaign volume is spread across every connected consultant mailbox in rotation rather than concentrated on one, and paced with a randomised gap so no account spikes.

Candidate lists go stale and bounce hard

Uploads are validated for syntax and duplicates with MX lookups before sending, and hard bounces are suppressed permanently while soft bounces retry on a backoff schedule.

Candidates who opted out get contacted again months later

Opt-outs enter a workspace-wide suppression list as SHA-256 hashes and are excluded from every future campaign automatically, including lists imported later.

No visibility into which roles actually get engagement

Open and click tracking reports in real time per campaign, so you can see which role advertisements land before committing more of the desk's time.

How a campaign runs.

  1. 01

Connect your consultants' sending mailboxes across one or more authenticated domains.

  2. 02

Import the candidate or client list and let validation strip malformed and duplicate addresses.

  3. 03

Personalise with merge fields from your own data — role, location, salary band.

  4. 04

Send; volume rotates across consultant mailboxes at a safe per-account rate.

  5. 05

Suppressed and bounced addresses are removed from future sends without manual cleanup.

Where this is not the right tool

There is no ATS integration. Lists come in as CSV, so if your candidate data lives in a recruitment CRM you will be exporting and importing rather than syncing. For desks that live inside their ATS, that friction is real and worth accounting for.

Recruitment FAQ

Questions from recruitment teams.

Setup, limits and the things worth knowing before you commit.

Can we send from each consultant's own mailbox?

Yes, and it is the recommended setup. Connecting each consultant's sending mailbox spreads volume naturally and means candidates receive mail from a real person they can reply to, which is better for engagement as well as deliverability.

Does it integrate with our ATS?

No. Lists are uploaded as CSV. If tight ATS integration is a requirement, this will feel like a manual step every time.

How do we handle candidates who ask not to be contacted?

The one-click unsubscribe on every campaign adds them to the suppression list automatically. Because suppression is checked against every future send, re-importing an old list cannot accidentally re-contact them.

Is candidate outreach subject to the same rules as marketing email?

In most jurisdictions, yes — recruitment email sent at volume is commercial email. That means accurate sender identification, a physical postal address, and a working opt-out. Data protection rules on holding candidate data apply separately and are your responsibility as the controller.
