Talk to Enterprise TeamHow to pick without overbuying.
Plans here are priced on sending capacity, not on message volume. That is an unusual model, so it is worth explaining what you are actually buying: the number of authenticated domains you can send from, and the number of mailboxes on each. Those two numbers multiplied together give your total sending accounts, and your throughput follows from that.
Work backwards from your list
Each connected mailbox sends at roughly 80 to 144 emails an hour, because a randomised 25 to 45 second gap is applied between messages. So a 5,000-recipient campaign on the Basic plan — three domains, three mailboxes each, nine accounts — clears in around four to seven hours. The same campaign on Multi, with twenty-five accounts, clears in under two. If your campaigns are not time-critical, a smaller plan is genuinely fine.
More domains beats more mailboxes
If you are choosing between plans, weight domain count more heavily than mailbox count. Multiple domains spread reputation risk: a deliverability problem on one does not stop the others sending. Multiple mailboxes on a single domain increase throughput but leave all of that throughput dependent on one domain's standing.
Why there is no per-email fee
Per-message pricing makes sense for platforms sending from their own infrastructure, where each message has a marginal cost to them. Here the messages leave through mailboxes you already pay your email provider for. Charging you again per message would be billing you for someone else's infrastructure.
What every plan includes
There is no feature gating between tiers. Domain authentication checks, round-robin sending, randomised timing, automatic cool-down, CSV validation, mail merge, Spintax, open and click tracking, one-click unsubscribe and suppression lists are on every plan including the cheapest. The tiers differ in scale and support level, not capability — you are never blocked from doing something correctly because you are on a smaller plan.
Changing your mind
Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are all self-service through the Stripe billing portal, and take effect from the next billing cycle. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access for the period already paid. Starting on Single and moving up once you know your real sending pattern costs you nothing.
What each plan actually sends.
Your sending capacity is the number of mailboxes you can connect, multiplied by what each one can safely carry. Every plan includes the full feature set — the difference is scale.

Billing questions, answered.
What is included, how limits work, and what happens when you need to change plan.
How much does Email.biz.pk cost?
Plans start at $20 per month for the Single plan, which covers one domain, one sending address and one active campaign. Basic is $40 per month, Multi is $65 per month, and Unlimited is $99 per month. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract, and you can change or cancel at any time from the billing portal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can create an account and connect your sending accounts before entering payment details, so you can verify your domain authentication and send test campaigns first.
What counts as a 'domain' and a 'sending account'?
A domain is a sending domain you have authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. A sending account is an individual mailbox on that domain that we relay through. The Multi plan, for example, allows 5 domains with 5 sending addresses on each, giving you 25 mailboxes to distribute campaign volume across.
Do you charge per email sent?
No. Pricing is based on the number of domains, sending accounts and concurrent campaigns rather than a per-message fee. Your practical sending ceiling is set by the limits of the mailboxes you connect — typically 80 to 144 emails per hour per account once send timing is randomised.
Can I pay in Pakistani Rupees?
Yes. Checkout supports both USD and PKR through Stripe, and you can pick your currency at the point of subscribing.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Limits are enforced at the API level, so you are never billed for overage without warning. If you try to add a domain, sending account or campaign beyond your plan, you are prompted to upgrade rather than being charged automatically.
Can I cancel or change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are all self-service through the Stripe billing portal in your dashboard. Changes take effect from the next billing cycle, and you keep access for the period you have already paid for.
