Global Workspace Suppression List

Maintains a database of opt-outs and hard bounces to prevent you from emailing them again.

Technical Capabilities:

Stores records as SHA-256 hashes to maintain recipient data privacy.

Categorizes entries: HARD_BOUNCE, UNSUBSCRIBE, SPAM, or MANUAL.

Excludes suppressed recipients from campaigns during list preparation.

Allows search, filter, manual additions, and CSV data exports.

Bounce Management (Soft & Hard)

Classifies bounces automatically to prune bad email addresses and retry temporary delivery failures.

Technical Capabilities:

Suppresses addresses immediately on hard bounces (550 / 554 SMTP codes).

Retries temporary errors (soft bounces) up to 3 times in a rolling window.

Applies exponential backoff: Attempt 2 (+5m), Attempt 3 (+20m), Attempt 4 (+60m).

Saves raw SMTP logs to campaign history for troubleshooting.

Isolated Custom CNAME Tracking Domains

Ensures your tracking links use your own subdomain, protecting your brand reputation from other platform users.

Technical Capabilities:

Provides a DNS CNAME target endpoint (e.g., track.email.biz.pk).

Verifies DNS record setup before enabling the custom tracking links.

Wraps tracking pixels and redirect links with your verified subdomain.

Prevents reputation damage from other platform users' activities.
