The Mailchimp Alternative for Sending You Control.

Mailchimp is a marketing platform built around newsletters and consumer audiences. Email.biz.pk is sending infrastructure built around outbound campaigns from domains you control. They solve different problems, and the right answer depends on which problem you have.

The difference is where your email comes from

Mailchimp sends from its own shared infrastructure. Your reputation is therefore influenced by the behaviour of other senders on that infrastructure, and you do not control the sending identity beyond your authenticated domain. Email.biz.pk relays through mailboxes you own — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or your own SMTP host — and distributes one campaign across all of them in rotation. Your sending reputation is built by your traffic alone.

Credit Where It Is Due

What Mailchimp does well.

  • A mature drag-and-drop editor with a large template library
  • Audience segmentation, journeys and automation built for lifecycle marketing
  • E-commerce integrations, particularly for Shopify and WooCommerce stores
  • Landing pages, forms and a CRM layer alongside the email tool
  • A very large body of documentation and third-party tutorials

Side by side.

Compared on capability and architecture. Pricing is deliberately excluded — Mailchimp's plans change and any figure printed here would eventually be wrong.

Which one you should actually pick.

Choose Email.biz.pk if…

  • You are sending outbound campaigns from domains you own and want the reputation to stay yours
  • You want throughput to scale by connecting more mailboxes rather than by paying per contact
  • You need per-recipient content variation (Spintax) so a campaign is not byte-identical across the list
  • You care more about deliverability mechanics than about journey builders

Stay with Mailchimp if…

  • You run lifecycle marketing to a consumer audience and need automation journeys
  • You need landing pages, signup forms and a CRM in the same product
  • You sell through Shopify or WooCommerce and want native store integration
  • Your team needs the largest possible template library and a shallow learning curve
  • You do not want to manage your own sending mailboxes or DNS records
Switching FAQ

Moving from Mailchimp.

Migration, deliverability and what you would be giving up.

Is Email.biz.pk a drop-in replacement for Mailchimp?

No, and it is worth being clear about that. Mailchimp includes automation journeys, landing pages, signup forms and e-commerce integrations that Email.biz.pk does not offer. If you rely on those, moving would mean losing them. What you gain is control over the sending infrastructure and a reputation built only by your own traffic.

Can I migrate my Mailchimp list?

Yes. Export your audience as CSV and upload it; the platform validates syntax, removes duplicates and performs MX lookups before the list is usable. Export your unsubscribes as well and import them into the suppression list — that step is the one people skip, and skipping it means re-contacting people who already opted out.

Will my deliverability improve if I switch?

It depends on why it is currently poor. If the cause is shared infrastructure or volume concentrated on one sending identity, distributing across mailboxes you own addresses it directly. If the cause is list quality, low engagement or content, changing platforms will not fix it — no platform can compensate for sending to people who do not want the mail.

Do I need my own domain and mailboxes?

Yes. That requirement is the whole point of the model: sending from authenticated domains you control is what makes the reputation yours. If you would rather not manage domains and mailboxes, Mailchimp is genuinely the more convenient option.

Try it against your own list.

Connect a mailbox, run your domain through the authentication checker, and send a real campaign before you decide.
