No. It sends campaigns, not cadences. If your process is 'email, wait three days, follow up, wait five days, follow up again, stop on reply', that is sequencing and Instantly does it properly. Email.biz.pk would require you to run each step as a separate campaign against a manually maintained list.
Is cold email legal?
It depends entirely on jurisdiction and how you do it. Rules differ substantially — some regions require prior consent for any commercial email, others permit contacting business addresses with clear identification and a working opt-out. Regardless of platform, you need accurate sender identification, a physical postal address, and an unsubscribe that works. Our terms prohibit sending to purchased or scraped lists.
